Do I need an audience already?
No, but it helps if you are already posting. The modules assume you are willing to publish consistently. Everything else is taught.
What gear do I need?
A phone. Every module is filmed with the same setup most people already own, and the editing workflow is built around it.
How do the 1:1 calls work?
Weekly, with me, built around where you actually are. You leave each call with a specific next step rather than general advice.
How does brand deal access work?
Brands looking to sponsor creators come through the Compass. Being inside puts you in front of them; it is not a guarantee of a deal.
How much time does it take?
Plan for a few hours a week. The modules are short on purpose so the time goes into posting, not watching.
