I started writing this for myself
The first letters were notes I sent to one friend on a Sunday night. They were not motivational. They were the honest version: what I was avoiding that week, and the one small thing I did about it anyway.
That is still the format. No five-step frameworks, no morning routine you will abandon by Wednesday. One idea, one action, and the assumption that you are already trying.

Three things, on repeat
Not a curriculum. The same three problems, looked at from a different angle every week.
-
Focus
Choosing the one thing that matters this week and letting the rest wait, without the guilt that usually comes with it.
-
Growth
Progress you can actually see. Small, boring, repeatable. The kind that survives a bad month.
-
Confidence
Built from evidence, not affirmations. What you did, written down, so you can stop arguing with yourself about it.
From the feed
One idea, every Sunday.
Three minutes, free, and honest about the weeks that do not go to plan.
